THE UPLANDS​ and DESTINY RIDGE

​You won't see any impressive entry signs or gates marking this neighbourhood name as there aren't any! This was the name used for marketing the subdivision. Also within this area are the smaller developments called Destiny Ridge and Bakerview Estates but again you won't find any signs. These too were the marketing names and have been long forgotten except by us local historians! This large area between 160th Street and 164th Street and 110th Avenue and 112th Avenue boasts a variety of home styles and sizes with most having basements. A typical home here is 3800 square feet including a finished basement and is finished with a stucco exterior and a concrete tile roof. The schools for this area are Erma Stephenson Elementary and Fraser Heights Secondary.
