The NORTH POINTE neighbourhood 

 

This popular neighbourhood of two level homes on smaller lots averaging 5000 square feet is located behind the Fraser Heights Shopping Village (Nesters Market) on the  North side of 108th Avenue between 160 Street and 162 Street and 110th Avenue. Homes here have stucco exteriors and average around 2200 square feet. Erma Stephenson Elementary and Fraser Heights Secondary are the schools for this neighbourhood. This is a great location that is walking distance to schools, shopping, local restaurants, the rec centre, tennis courts and the water park for kids.

Included in the search below is also the area previously known as Pineridge Estates. I say previously known as because there once was a large Pineridge Place sign at the entry to the neighbourhood that was demolished by a car accidently running into it. This attractive neighbourhood adjoins the North Pointe subdivision but has larger homes and they sit on larger lots.  Whereas North Pointe homes almost all have stucco exteriors, Pineridge is a mix of cedar exteriors and stucco exteriors with the newer homes on 163 street having basements. Pineridge Place is located between 108th Avenue and 110th Avenue to the East of 162nd Street with parts of the neighbourhood backing onto J.R. Douglas Park which has a playground and walking trails. It is easy walking distance to Erma Stephenson and Fraser Heights Secondary and all the local amenities.
